Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be changed or canceled within 24 hours of being placed. Once an order has entered the processing stage, we may not be able to modify or cancel it.

If you cancel your order within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. After this period, cancellations cannot be guaranteed as the order may already be prepared for shipment.

We truly believe you’ll love your lemsy product — but if not, we’ve got you covered. Try it for at least 14 days, and if you’re still not satisfied, you may return it anytime within 75 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the product price.

Please note that any shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable. To start a return, simply email support@lemsy.us with your Order Number, Name, and Email Address used at checkout so we can assist you quickly.


Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. A product is considered damaged if it has a physical defect or arrives broken. Minor damage to packaging (like a dented box) is not considered a damaged item if the product inside remains in good condition.

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing support@lemsy.us with clear photos of the issue. We’ll review your claim and, if eligible, send a replacement at no additional cost.

Please note that we do not refund or replace items damaged due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper handling.


Shipping & Delivery

We do our best to ensure fast and reliable delivery. However, lemsy is not responsible for shipping delays or issues outside of our control, including courier delays, customs holds, or other delivery disruptions.

We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the courier directly for assistance.


Incorrect Shipping Address

It’s the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address during checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing the order, we will not be able to issue a refund or resend the package.
