Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after being placed. Once your order has been handed over to our shipping carrier, it is considered dispatched and will begin its journey to your address.
During peak seasons or holidays, please allow up to 7 business days for processing due to high order volumes. We’ll always do our best to get your package out as quickly as possible.
Estimated Shipping Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Below are general estimates based on region:
🇺🇸 United States: 5–12 business days
🇨🇦 Canada: 7–10 business days
🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 7–10 business days
🌎 Other International Orders: 10–20 business days
Please note that during holidays or busy shipping periods, couriers may experience unexpected delays or limited tracking updates. International shipments may also face customs delays, which are outside of our control.
Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details
To ensure smooth delivery, please double-check that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect details can result in delays or cancellation.
If you realize there’s an error, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@lemsy.us. We’ll do our best to update it, but we can’t guarantee changes once the order enters processing.
If our system detects an address issue, our support team will contact you within 3 business days for verification. If we don’t receive a response, your order may be canceled and refunded.
Delayed Delivery
We understand how important it is for you to receive your order on time. While we strive to ship quickly, delays can sometimes occur due to factors beyond our control — such as courier disruptions, weather conditions, customs inspections, or unexpected transportation issues.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We know how frustrating it can be when a package goes missing. Once your order has been handed to the courier, it becomes their responsibility to ensure safe delivery.
If your package appears lost or stolen, please contact us at support@lemsy.us so we can assist you in filing a claim with the courier. Most carriers have a process for investigating lost shipments, and we’ll gladly help coordinate communication.
While LEMSY is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we’ll do everything possible to help resolve the situation. In some cases, if the package cannot be recovered, we may offer a replacement, depending on the circumstances.
If theft is suspected, we recommend filing a police report with your local authorities.
